CreateWindow or CreateWindowEx
whats the difference between them, is there any advantages/disadvantages. ive just created my first window, try out both ways and i didnt notice a thing. Anyone know the difference.

CreateWindowEx just allows you to give different "extended" styles. See the style descriptions in MSDN

CreateWindow is a macro that expands to CreateWindowEx with the first parameter (extended style) to 0.
The last time CreateWindow was a function and not a macro was Win16.
