    Rich Text to HTML? *Resolved* (sort of)

    Has anyone done any work with this? I am working on an editor for my client and I want to be able to convert what they do in the rich text area to HTML, so when they click the post to website button it will take the RTF and convert it to HTML (and then store it in a MySQL database where the PHP site will dynamically add it to the site the next time a vistor arrives).

    Anyone know how I would deal with foreign languages, it now turns my russian and ukrainian text into "?"s
