Question for Users of VB.net Standard
Hi all,
For all of you who only use the Standard edition of VB.net, I have one question for you:
Is there anything you cannot do with this edition that would require a higher edition like Visual Studio Professional and such?
What I'm mainly concerned with is classes and database access.
I don't know why I bother to read the comparisons at Microsoft's site as I usually leave there frustrated and with more questions.
I appreciate any info.
Thanks,
JazzBass

Thanks Pirate
Cool!
I guess the other thing I was meaning to ask is if there are templates in the higher editions that you don't get in VB.net standard.
Again, the class builder and other templates.
Thanks,

What I am sure is one of THE differences between Entrprise and Standard editionS of VB6 was in some components(COM, ActiveX,Dlls) which you can find them in former not in the latter. Dunno if this applies to VS.NET.
