How do i archive this task.

I have a hardware such as smart card and i need to perform the authentication via the internet (Server site).

How i going to pass the parameter(secure info read from smart card) to the web form login page to process?

(assumming i already have the secure info such as username and password)

Note: the site below is an example of a product using biometric fingerprint authentication via internet.
