    Systems Development Tools

    Hi,

I'm curious if there is any free CASE tools that aid in the planning and analysis stages of systems development.

Something similar to one of these programs, but of course simpler....

    1) Rational Rose
    2) Visible Analyst

Anyone know of anything like this?

    Well ...

There's a rare tool, but you just might be able to get it for free.

    Thanx for the sarcasm.

I know HOW TO design the diagrams.

But CASE tools allow you to properly manage systems diagrams and when you change something in one place it updates every where else in your documentation.

This is why i need something like this!

Microsoft's "Visio" now does UML and other development related things...
