    My Future, Profesional Help Needed

Im into vc++, and im not really sure thats the right compieler to learn from. Yes, I am still concidered 'young' but im learning fast and I dont want to learn the wrong thing. So you guys are like, *** is he trying to say? well I would like to get into game programing, and im not sure which compieler is the best for that. I just got into windows programing, *just got out of consle programing * which is a Win32 App I believe, and im not sure what to use. I know I need to learn all the basics like windows programing and direct X graphics, audio, input, yada yada. So which compieler, and after that, show me a outlife of how a game would be made. Thank yall!

P.S. for those of you who ponder, im 14 :P
A way to find answers, is to ask questions, for a question that has been asked may seem stupid for 5 minutes, but a question never asked will remain unknown forever.

Alex, I think VC++ is pretty popular for game development. Especially with DirectX.

Check out cppnow.com.. It's a game course using VC++. Right up your alley.

Yep, VC++ is the best compiler for game programming because it is so good at optimizing code.
