html read ini ? possible

is it posible to makwe a html to read a ini and input the data into the html?

My first instict is to suggest a server side language such as php, but I believe JavaScript does have some built in File Functions. I know you said HTML, but I'm assuming JavaScript would be alright (being that HTML doesn't have any functions or anything. just tags).
