    Unhappy Negative on the PMs still. :(

    I still can't send private messages even though I have it turned on in the options. This has been happening since the server crashed a few months ago. Maybe the new "admins" can figure it out since they are smart enough to know people love 500pixel wide banners at the top of every page.

    Sorry! You cannot send that message at the moment because the administrator has specified that you may only send one message every 60 seconds.
    All I have to say about this is that I haven't sent a ****in' PM in 6 months.
