    Can I email someone a image file (738 bytes) (thats very small) and I would like it if that person can make the background of the image transparent, and email me the gif with a transparent background, with the same quilty. Thanks in advance


    P.S. its an image of the Windows Mouse (the arrow thingy on the screen)
