My IE won't popup new windows!
I have windows XP with internet explorer and suddenly it will not open new instances of internet explorer. Like if you visit a web site that opens a new window when you click on a link, it just does nothing. I have no popup killer software running and have not done anything different.
I looked through the internet options and did not see a setting for this. Does anyone know what could cause this? Is there a setting in the registry I could change to fix?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

I have also resolved this by reinstalling the version of IE over top of itself.
