    Outlook Express Password

    How can I set up Outlook Express so that it asks me for a password when I open it, and then accesses my accounts by using the passwords supplied to it already?

    Look under the Identities.

    File > Identities > Manage Identities

    I don't think it will send the password to the POP server, but you can tell Outlook Express to remember the POP password if you want.
