    Talking Create a setup package for win98 OS

    Can anyone show me how to built a setup package for WIN98 OS, i have try to install the setup package at win98 PC but promtp up a message said that need to install the .net framework, please help on this. Thanks!!!

    You need to install the .NET Framework on Windows 98 before the program will run.
