how do i copy long into 4 bytes in 1 cycle
keep in mind that a function call uses at least 1 cpu cycle

A single mov instruction takes more than one cycle, what are you expecting?

A single mov instruction takes more than one cycle, what are you expecting?
And I don't even want to get started about how long it takes to manage a VB array.
