    Do I need to bring a MSWinSck.ocx component everywhere? Is for example packed with IE, or standardly with Win95?

    I don't think it is, but use Package & Deployment Wizard to include the file with your exe in a Setup program. Or use Winzip to make a self-extracting exe so that MsWinsck.ocx is included when it is unzipped.
