    tex usage

    1) What is TeX and where can I get it. I am using ms windows 98. and I have some mathematical papers to publish. I keep coming across references to Tex, but don't know where to get it.

    2) Are there any good tutorials on how to install and use it.

    any help would be appreciated.

    No. I just printed out random strings of letters and barring a few meatball letters in between maelkyzzdec popped out. I think that it just sounds cool.
