Need Help
I know basic VB, but i need to make a program that will interact with another program, i.e. read text of a screen then input and send text through a textbox. does anyone have advice on where i should start, like what to read, what things to learn, etc? Thanks.

The easiest method of interaction between 2 exe's is to use winsock with UDP protocol. Try searching MSDN. There is a ready meade example given using winsock for sending text written in one app. to another.

Type "Using the Winsock Control" in MSDN Search and thats the topic where the entire code is given.

If both programms will be written by you then COM/DCOM interface is the way to go.
