How do you use this? Just a general idea of how it works would be great.

I'll try to figure it out, but You have to tell me where to get it...
Now returning to the world of VB. Please make sure your seatbelts are securely fastened and all trays are in their upright and locked position.

Sorry it took so long but the file is too big even if i zip it. But it is used by Nero and found under Program files\ahead\nero\waveeditor\LEDMeter.ocx.

This makes it extremely tricky. I don't think many would have this file on there system., or that you would get it from anywhere.

Yeah i figured that. I had an idea for its use but i came up with something else instead.
