Win2K Login fail

When i try to log into Windows 2000 it starts to load my settings.. desktop etc, but then flicks to saving my settings, and then goes back to Ctrl + Alt + Del to log on.

I an running on a 2 user workgroup based network.. any ideas??

Try deleting the profile.

1) Log on as the local administrator.
2) Right Click My Computer, Left Click Properties
3) Go to the USER PROFILES tab
4) Delete the profile that has the problem

Log off, and try to log back on as the user. It will create a new profile.

BE AWARE: When you delete the profile you will lose all your favorites, desktop icons and registry settings specific to your account. You can save your files by copying them from C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\{your profile}
