Yup, thank the virus writers for that. If you want the virus warning to go away, you'll need to either turn off virus checking (not recommended) in Excel or create a _new_ copy of the spreadsheet that has no Macros in it. It's not enough to delete the macros, depending on the version of excel you're running, Excel will still think you have them.
