    best vb.net REFERENCE book

ok... i just went into this category of the forums and had a very similar threat about what i wanted to post just posted.

But here is my question: What is the best visual basic .net reference book/manual?

I am looking for something that contains like all the windows api's and any useful things which i can quickly remember at a look. I want it to have a lot of the functions and methods and how to use it. Does any book exist?

it doesnt have EVERYTHING, because .NET is so vast... but it covers ALOT of stuff (1600 pages) and it's a fairly good book:

As for refrence i think the O'Reilly is the way to go. Ive used JAVA in a nutshell for awhile now and it has helped me a great deal when i first started out. Ive seen the same book but for Visual Basic .Net instead. All of the Nutshell books are slightly smaller in size and usually have an animal on the cover. Try looking at http://search.barnesandnoble.com/boo...sbn=0596003080 or http://search.barnesandnoble.com/boo...sbn=0596002572 I think that you would want to go with the second book though.
