    Question Where did it go

Ok in versions 5 & 6 if you wont to add a Procedure a quick Menu dive Add->Procedure, where's the option gone to in vb.net?

This is more in line of jeez anything to save typing a couple of lines, than a show stopper.....

Apply texture to bitmaps: (C# - VB)
    Extended console library: (VB)
Save JPEG with a certain quality (image compression): (C# - VB )

If you right click on any toolbar and click Customise.
    Click the Commands tab.
Select "Project" from the Catagories list.
Then in the right hand command list you have...
"Add Method", "Add Function", "Add Property", etc...

So you can just drag whichever command you frequently use and drop it on a toolbar.

However, when I've done this, the icons are permanently greyed out, and I can't find a way to use them. I'm still looking, but maybe you can find a way to activate them too.

See Mr P it does still exist, you just have to badly damage a wrist getting at it...

Thanks FatDaz, will have a look today and see if there's another option you have to setup or something to get it to work...

If you drag it onto your top tool bar (the One with File, Edit, View etc), then click it madly a few times it starts to work. Unfort it just shows what you would expect to see in the Project drop down menu.... bad microsoft to the spanking room immedialty....

    Back to the drawing board

Still hack unix code in a full screen editer so l know what you mean, but in version 6 used to create the procedures etc l had planned at the start of coding via the menu option. Now l have to type them in..... just strange with all the other code inserts (and weren't we waiting on the generated stuff for property declarations), that they seem to have done away with this one
