Anybody knows a GOOD anonymizer script?

Hi,

I want to add a script to my site that allows visitors to surf anonymously. I am a very big star in perl and cgi. I learned some java at school. But back to the problem, i tried some scripts etc, or they didnt work or images wouldn`t appear as images.

Does anybody know where, or how to obtain such kind of script?

I think all you have to do is allow people to telnet to your server and allow them to perform almost any function they want; but don't log their accesses. Then they will be anonymous. I think the way this works is that when the FBI et al comes a knocking, whoever "owns" your server will be the one to hang.
