***RESOLVED***help with Date

I need a txtbox or another control that will format as MM/DD/YYYY but I want it to always be 01/01/YYYY with the year being the current year ie when it is next year 2003 I want it to format as 01/01/2003 without any need for user input to have it change based on the current year. I need to use this to pass a parmeter to a crystal report that is a year to date report.
