Dialogs (easy one)

I have a Dialog in the resource of my program, and i have a textbox and a button on it.
When i press that button i want a messagebox to display what i written in the textbox!

And how do i do when i want to add a TextBox control on my window (not a Dialog)?
How do i add other controls?
