    the same program that i used to install some times.
    After installing SP4 shows me the message :

    Run-time error '-2147221164(80040154)'
    Class not registered...

    when i install on a new machine but if i install the vb on this machine the program works....

    Did you packaged all DLL's and OCX's ?
    review the files you shipped, make sure it contains all runtime files and other Depencies
