Linking with Frames

First off I want to say I hate frames and I am only using them as it will be much easier to do with them than without them.

I am making a clone of the File Manager Program that comes with cPanel.

My problem is that when you click on a file's name it changes the whole window to the link where it should be changing the top right corner, and before anyone says I need to use target, I already have that in place and it matches the frame name.

nevermind, I found out my cache was causing the problem.
