H263 Encoder

I am looking for an H.263 encoder. Do you know where I may download one for free? Our company wants to test it out, and then if it works, we want to buy it, but if not, then we don't want to pay for it. We cannot find a shareware encoder anywhere for h.263.

Hey markman, thanks, but that's not exactly what I am looking for. There are hundreds of H263 decoders/viewers out on the web with plenty of free source and such... I am looking for an ENcoder. We want to encode video and stream it but we have yet to find the encoder. We are just looking for a codec that we can plug into the VidCap program and encode the video using h.263.
