Is there anyway to compile to runtimes(dlls) into a programs exe? O have heard of controls to do this($). Just wondering if there was a way

There's a program called 'Fusion' by BitArts, which does what you want and works great.

No, not in itself. But, Fusion is specifically for VB programs.
Best thing to do is give it a try and see for yourself.
