Post How do I tech out a prospective programmer?

    Hi
I would like to put together a list of about 10 questions for hiring a pretty advanced VB.NET and ADO.NET programmer. I am not very technical. Would have anyone have some questions that I can use? Also a few for SQL as well.
    Saludos,
    Erich

Some advanced topics in vb .net are MultiTasking, Remoting, Serialization and encryption. Of course its still relatively easy to do those things badly, so ask for references. If you are going for a .net programmer then you should also make sure they program like one, in that they don't use registry entries and understand .config files. In terms of advanced topics, thats about all I know, but I'm sure other people here can add some to the list.
