    Is it possible to deploy the MakeCab.exe program that's in the Wizards folder to make cab files on a machine that doesn't have VB or Visual Studio.

    Also are there other 3rd party cabinet file makers?

    Yes, the MakeCab program should work. Diamond is good for this, unfortunately I don't think you can get it from Microsoft any more. Email me, and I might be able to send you a copy . I'm at [email protected]
