VBForums = Gay... lol
Does anyone know how to install DNS on a Windows 2000 Professional system? I know that with advanced server it is an option when you install the OS, but I didn't see that when I installed Pro. I've looked in the Add/Remove Programs and I didn't see DNS, only IIS, which I don't want because of Nimda. I just want to make some subdomains on my domain, haztek.d2g.com like forums.haztek.d2g.com or downloads.haztek.d2g.com, or anything like that.
I know how to do it with DNS, I just don't know how to get DNS. Is it possible on Win2K Pro?
Thanks
Joey

I'm pretty sure you need Server for DNS to be an option.

OK. That is what I was thinking. When I get my 120GB drive, I will borrow Adv. Server from work and make a copy.
