resizeing the form with now borders

how do I resize the form with no borders, I have the code to make the title bar move, but how do I get it to resize?

dont set the borderstyle to none, instead, set the ControlBox to none, and Set the caption to nothing, set the min and maxbutton to false,
then you can still resize and have no borders.
well you'll still have borders, just no title bar.

I know that, but I decided that I should not have the resize feature, instead only have max or restore so that the user can't set there own size
