I use Anti-Virus Gold (AVG) as it's free and I'm tight It seems pretty good though, it's stopped a couple of viruses sent to me as an e-mail.

Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.

Norton is my favorite. But be careful; anti-virus programs are far from perfect. New viruses can slip through even the best anti-cirus programs. The only way you will be truly safe is if you decompile everything to ASM, check it yourself, and then run it. That's a little paranoid, so, Norton or McAfee will be fine.

Else you can get Mcafee to do your virus protection for you.
They scan all your email and keep all your software up to date and scan your hdd for you. You dont have to do anything except pay them money! Depends how lazy you wanna be.

We have a simililar setup with Trend, we used to have McAfee but found out it let some things through... never had an issue yet with Trend (about 2000 users)
