Remove "Style credits for this template" from footer

Jamie, leave me be {blah, blah, blah}. I designed the template at TurtleTips, and I think TurtleTips should get all the credit that TurtleTips deserves. I have reported this forum to Karl, {blah, blah, blah}. This thread is !teh roXors. Just try getting a job at NASA {blah, blah, blah}. You'll never be allowed at TurtleTips again.

    Sincerely,
    Fawnwart

I'm sure she meant that karl wasn't to just think it was you who did the theme.

I think that's probably why gaffer (or was it someone else ?) made that comment about narcissism - just a misunderstanding
