(RESOLVED)
Theres this program called Trillian. If you don't know what it is
i'm going to explain. It's one program and what it does is, it will log you onto Msn, Yahoo, Aol, Icq, and IRC. Is this something that can be made in VB and how would you go about in making something like this. If anyone would happen to have an example attach it please!

You're not going to get a "working example," I seriously doubt that. Do you know winsock, for starters?

may be u are talking about the standard or protocol for IP telephony, if those products(AOL ,yahoo,MSN Messenger etc) are support the same IP telephony Standard Like SIP or H.323. U can use VB to creat ur own messenger to communicate with those Messenger. here is the link for 1 of the IP telephony Startdard written in VB
