transparent form

hi, this is my first time trying to create a ocx control

i want to put a checkbox on a form and a label(transparent)
so i can make a transparent background checkbox

how do i make the form of it transparent?
or if anyone seen this done
with source code i would greatly appreciate it

i have examples to make regular forms transparent too

but i dont know how to make the form of a ActiveX Control Project form transparent..
