What is the Best MP3 Downloader??

Ok guys, I'm need of a new MP3 downloader after AudioGalaxy stopped working, and will soon be shut down anyway.

    Can anyone recommend anything?

At the moment I've tried, .... with little success

    Imesh
    Kazaa
    Morpehous
    BearShare

    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,

In my experience the best are WINMX and Grokster. They both have their good points but my fave is the new WINMX (now 3.2 I think). It now handles parallel downloading of files (nice and quick). It doesn't automatically attempt to download fails when you startup (which Grokster does) but it's totally free of adverts and other clutter.

I seem to have nore success with WinMx for music and Grokster for software.

Obviously I only ever download stuff where there is no copyright violation

WinMX is good for MP3s...any "other" stuff I haven't had much luck with on WinMX but I have many many connections so no need to worry.

By "other things" I mean game demos of course
    I'm bringing geeky back...

I use Audiogalaxy (works perfectly) and Direct Connect (which has 2489.84 TB available at the moment).

    So use
    http://www.lavasoftusa.com - Adware

Adware is the best way to get rid of Spyware from your comp.

Also, AudioGalaxy has been closed I think.... kinda anyway, you can't download any more.

whatever you do, don't go for iMesh. It comes with that mother ****ing son of a piece of **** Bonzai Buddy, ANd it's totally buggy. As soon as I ran it, it opens up InterDev for debugging.

And it wouldn't even run. And worst of all, it's done something to my OS, and now all the applications are stealing focus from eachother. bastards! *******s! iMesh ****ers!
