    Saving UI as a movie

Is there a way to save all what the user is doing into an MPEG or something? Is there any three-party control that would let you do this?

What about an external software? I would like to let the user start this external software to save all his/her movements (into an AVI or MPG), so that it can be sent by email afterwards.

What I'm trying to do is to let the user reproduce a bug... but saving all what they've done to get it. Sometimes they miss some very important point (which they don't tell you) or it's too hard to explain in words (specially if language is an issue "I download the programs your make. I had problem with it. I startit, run it and...", etc., etc.)

I'm not trying to offense anybody... it was just an example on how difficult can be solving a bug if you don't have much information... or if you cannot understand it. Please... if anybody felt offended by my example, I'd beg your pardon.

    Any way to solve this?

I think you have a couple possiblities...

SnagIT im pretty sure does everything you need.

You could also use remote access software to watch what the user is doing. I forget off hand the name or URL of one thats free, and open source... but if you check sourceforge im sure youll find one or two.
