setup and deployment problems???

Has anyone here had any problems with the setup and deployment options of vb.net?

Everywhere I've looked has not helped a bit and I'm getting really frustrated, so I'm hoping maybe someone could help me.

I've created my project and built it. Now everything I've read states that it's as simple as clicking File, then Add Project, then New Project, and then a Setup and Deployment Projects folder/option should become visible. This folder or option is nowhere to be seen.

Do I need to add some sort of component to make it visible? Does it have to do with the fact we've bought the Standard edition of vb.net? Did our install not work correctly if it's not present?

your right it doesnt pop right out, with your project on the screen, go to project in the main toolbar, then choose, add project, the window you saw when you first started will appear, in the left pane choose deployment options, then in the right pane, choose setup wizard
