how can i 'add a new module' by code?

i want to add a module, write some text to it and then save the project with the new module added? how can i do this?

think it can be doen in these steps

1 Open BAS, add the code needed to it.
2 open the VBP add the BAS to it.

open VBP file in a text editor in order to see how a bas file is supposed to be ref.
