Tabctl32.ocx not registered?
Hi guys,
My problem is that each time I reinstall Visual Basic 5 on a fresh install the Tabctl32.ocx never is registered/licensed. I use to reformat until it decided to register but I am sick of this. There has to be an easier way. I tried to register the .ocx with Regsv32.exe but this didn't work. It stated that it was registered but it didn't when you tried to use the control on a form. Is there an easy way to license/register this ocx file? Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Does the control show up in your toolbox? If not, does it show up in the component list under the project menu? If not, can you 'browse' to it and add it to your toolbox?
At what point do you get some indication that you can't use it?

I have it in the component list and it shows up on the tool bar. When I go to put the control onto a form it brings up the essage of "you don't have a licene for this and unregistered etc".
I have used the control plenty of times before in other programs I have written. It just complains every time I re-install VB 5. How can this be fixed? Thanks in advance
