    Could anybody please tell me about good assembler sites that teach from scratch (I don't know anything about assembler yet).

    Sites, no. But as for books for the 80x86 instruction set (PC):

    IBM PC Assembly Language and Programming
    "Can't" and "shouldn't" are two totally separate things.
