Hello,
I have created an application that I wish to deploy.
I have some data files in a directory that must go with the deployment.
How do I bundle the data directory and files with the Package and Deployment Wizard OR is this the right place to do this?
Thanks for your help.
Bob

I think on one of the wizard screens there is an opportunity to add another file. BTW...I'm probably confused, but are you talking about the setup wizard, or something separate. I think there's a Java2 Enterprise Edition tool called the Package and Deployment Wizard.
I refuse to tie my hands behind my back and hear somebody say "Bend Over, Boy, Because You Have It Coming To You".

The Packaage and Deloyment Wizard
Yep, you can definitely add extra files to your project using this wizard. One of the forms in the wizard has a caption containing "- Included Files". Click on the Add... button on the form and Robert's Your Mother's Brother. It's easy from here, just choose the file to be added. Later on in the wizard, a list is given of all included files and their locations. Check that your extra files appear here before proceding.
Hope this helps!
Steve.
