Ok, but the point was not to spread this utility, it was so that anybody could know what I'm talking about. Does anybody know how to add more effects to the menu including sub-menu?? I'm not asking about the code for them, I could handle that. I'm asking about how to create the sub-menus.

For further information, the options are saved on HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt... now, how do you get to add sub-menu among these options?
