    Question best ICON making TOOL...

    Does any one knows of a good icon making utility but a freeware...?

    I don't want to find a crack for some good one exists.

    By the way which is a best icon making tool regardless freeware or paidware (I made this word up...!!! )

    I like microangelo. it has an icon editor, and you can open up icon libraries (.exe, .dll, etc...) and view the icon contents (and edit them).

    you can also make cursors with it.

    there ya go..

    I like Axialis AX-Icons. Problem is that it's not entirely free. You can download a free version, but that only allows you to export Icons into .dll files or Icon libraries. By coincidence, a friend gave me a patch for it, just after I had downloaded it
