(Note these are offered on Codeguru too, so it is first come, first served.)

Note: If you have a previous "free" book and have not turned in your review, then you can't get another one until the prior review is submitted.

This is offered to US people only because of the cost and time to ship these books. It simply costs too much or takes too long to ship them internationally. Sorry. There is no point in complaining about this.
