My first few solo projects went well, but for this one i think i need a bit of help..

I'm looking to write a Inteligent Chaching Proxy Server. I've doen some work on one with code i found in several different applications.. But I prefer to write one from scratch..

Requirements:
SImple but effective Proxy server with inteligent chache, Site Blocker (Url and IP), User Security settings, Inteligent connection management. Single or multiple user, Local or remote usage.. (IE, Use on stand alone PC with dialup or on network with broadband.) 100% configurable settings..

100% VB 6 coding using only Standard windows controls... (No third party Dll's..)

Components:
Server: Integrated into windows (loads as a service rather than app).

Setup App: Online user setup, Connection setup etc..

Client: Simple login and connetion monitor...

Time Frame: hope to complete in the next 3 months..

Benifits: NONE.. This will be another of my Open source Applications, that will be free for any and all to use..
