Sounds like someone found the holy grail. Maybe the issue really is just me ?

As mentioned, I've created plenty of feature requests and bug reports for the IDE and identified areas VB6 is better; so I'm not saying it's completely perfect in every way. You were talking about how the IDE exists for the purpose of getting your projects made-- which is exactly right. But you've been clearly suggesting that VB6 and VB.NET IDEs serve that purpose better, and i wanted to share how despite room for improvement and those being better in some areas, that's not the case for me.

Then of course how limited time is allocated is a perfectly reasonable topic for a back and forth; like whether your desire for more time to switched to creating documentation and placeholders is practical and takes the limits fully into account.

i didn't mean to suggest any of your recent observations were invalid, rude, or unwelcome; last few posts have been fine. By all means keep with it.

I’m glad we seem to be aligned on the broader goals. Just to clarify—I wasn’t claiming that VB6 or VB.NET IDEs are strictly better overall. I’ve simply tried to highlight areas where they still offer some advantages, especially in terms of IDE polish or usability. I definitely see the potential in the TB IDE, which is why I care about helping improve it further. I’ve appreciated the dialogue, and I look forward to continuing the exchange in the same constructive spirit.
