With no external tools, the only thing coming close to it:
Open Notepad, position where you want it, and resize it to fill your Screen (DON'T USE MAXIMIZE).
Notepad saves the last settings in the Registry
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Notepad
The 4 keys "iWindowPos.."
at least on Win10. No idea for Win11
