Bug report: PictureBox AutoSize error
It's certainly very good that you've recently implemented the AutoSize property in the PictureBox. However, a bug has been discovered.
If you set the Appearance property to vbAppearFlat and simultaneously set AutoSize = True, you will immediately see an image display error. Two extra white pixels are inserted at the edges around the picture frame.

Re: Bug report: PictureBox AutoSize error
This does not match the behavior of VB6, and because of this bug, I have incorrectly saved images with the wrong size, 2 pixels larger in x and y.

I hope this bug will be fixed someday. Although I don't really hope. Even if the incorrect display of the icon in the form cannot be fixed for a whole month.

In general, I am an optimist, and I believe that version 1.0 will no longer contain all the bugs I noticed. And I also know a few bugs, I'm just too lazy to talk about them.

Re: Bug report: PictureBox AutoSize error
But tB isn't at v1.0. And 'two extra white pixels' isn't exactly a showstopper. Much more serious bugs right now.
In fact there's quite a few bugs that have been outstanding for years; we're trying to build a list of program execution related bugs to sift the v1.0 priorities from the main issues list, focusing first on digging out those older reports and seeing if they're still problems.

Re: Bug report: PictureBox AutoSize error
Unfortunately, there are a lot of glitches in Twin Basic right now, I know about 10 bugs, but I just keep quiet and don't talk about them anymore.
I even know about one bug that appeared in the new versions recently, but it was never in the old versions.

Re: Bug report: PictureBox AutoSize error
Please report those bugs if nobody else has already. But there's many, many bugs reported on the official channels but not here; at least check GitHub to avoid duplicates.

Your post is completely unhelpful. Why are you not reporting the bugs anymore? If you report them, they will get fixed eventually, but just don't expect them to be fixed in any particular time-frame, as your bug report(s) will be looked at along with every other bug report, and may not be considered priority depending on many other factors. If you don't report them, then it will only delay the time for them to get fixed as you'll just be waiting for others to report the problems.
Regressions are normal for a project of this size, and particularly at this BETA stage where the foundations of the project are often changing. Regression bugs that get reported are usually fixed more quickly, since the cause/culprit is often fresh in my memory if it was introduced very recently.
In short, please report all bugs that you find (after checking for dupes of course).

Re: Bug report: PictureBox AutoSize error
HackerVlad earlier disliked me for pointing out the same issues as Wayne and Faf above.
"Vlad the Miserable's" entitled attitude, expecting everyone that communicates with him do his bidding, is intolerable even for a friendly and helpful place such as this forum... His continuous refusal to raise TB bugs on github and expecting Faf. to do it for him was the first sign of his laziness - but it turns out in actual fact to be mere entitled petulance, exactly as expected.
A weird attitude that has been called out.

I'm willing to give some benefit of the doubt for translation issues, I don't believe he's an English speaker, or at least not native or near-native. Plus he does help others too.
While GitHub is preferred, it's also fine to post bugs here... Wayne reads posts here... but again yes they're not likely to be fixed immediately if they're minor and/or not related to recent work. But will be fixed for v1.0 if they're VB6 compatibility issues.
